DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

Do not move into this complex. The management staff is rude and are constantly finding ways to try and get money from you. They maintenance staff also doesn't respond to work orders in a timely manner. I filled a work order at the end of September and it is now the 3rd week of November and it still has not been fixed. I have a hole in my kitchen floor that is on the work order and it is still not fixed. I have never been in such an awful place. Not only did they not fix the stuff in my apartment but community amenities have still not been fixed. The front gate broke and was not fixed for 2 months. there were 3 cars that were vandalized while the gate was broken and the spa has been broken since the beginning of October (it is now November). It was a huge mistake to move here and I would warn everyone that I could to avoid living here.

• Pros: convenient to freeway
• Cons: managment is unprofessional. maintenece is VERY slow to respond (if they do respond)
