This was the biggest run around that I have ever dealt with in buying a used car. My wife was told that we got the vehicle ( I had stayed home to go to work) and drove it home 2hrs. to where we live. A co-signer was involved with our deal and was told that he was in fact, nothing but a co-signer. Almost a month later, we called to see where our dmv papers were because the dealer tags were going to expire in a couple of days. This is when we found out that the loan was not even approved yet and that they wanted us to bring the vehicle back! A salesman by the name of Harry ( the salesman who we were so blessed with) called me in a total panic mode asking me if our co-signer had signed the papers yet. Is this really MY job?! No one could give a straight answer to any questions that I had. What basically ended up happening was that the vehicle was sold to our "co-signer" out right without him knowing, I had to add him to my insurance for that vehicle ( an extra $400 a year for me to pay ) just to get it registered! When I told Harry how much extra I had to pay, his response was," It could be worse." What an as*hole! And now I'm pushing it to make my 1st payment on time because the loan info and payments have been sent to our "co-signer"! I feel sorry for anyone who actually considers giving this Reno branch any of their business.

Pros: decent vehicles with an indecent staff

Cons: putting up with people who just don't care about anything after a paycheck

I WENT TO "INTERNET AUTO RENT & SALES" 2 WEEKS AGO AND TRADED IN MY CAR FREE AND CLEAR. I WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED, DID THE DEAL AND WENT HOME WITH MY NEW CAR. 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND I GET A CALL TELLING ME I NEED TO BRING IN MY NEW CAR BECAUSE I WASN'T APPROVED AFTER ALL. HMMMMM FUNNY I SPECIFICALLY ASK THE FINANCE GUY IF THE BANK APPROVED ME THE DAY I BOUGHT THE CAR HE SAID "YES SIR". SO I CUT MY LOSSES AND BROUGHT THE CAR BACK. WHEN THEY BROUGHT MY OLD CAR BACK TO ME IT WAS COVERED IN MUD AND DIRT. I DID NOT LEAVE THEM THE CAR THAT WAY. OH! AND IT GETS BETTER, WHEN I TRADED THE CAR IN MY "ROOKIE" SALESMAN "DEAN" TOOK MY LICENSE PLATES OFF MY OLD CAR AND TOOK THEM SOMEWHERE. I ASKED HIM THAT I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER GETS TO TAKE THERE PLATES WITH THEM. HE SAID "NO" WE KEEP THEM AND THE DMV GIVES YOU NEW ONES WHEN YOU REGISTER THE NEW CAR. WELL WHEN I GOT MY OLD CAR BACK NO ONE COULD FIND MY PLATES. GOOD OL' ROOKIE "DEAN" LOOKS ME IN THE FACE AND HIS MANAGER AND SAYS "I HANDED THE PLATES RIGHT TO YOU. UHHHH NO YA DIDN'T "DEAN"!!!! AFTER A GOOD HOUR OF SEARCHING NO ONE COULD FIND THEM. THE MANAGER BASICALLY SHRUGGED ME OFF AND MADE IT MY PROBLEM. I PROCEEDED TO ASK HIM THAT I REALLY NEED MY PLATES I CAN'T JUST DRIVE AROUND WITHOUT THEM. HE THEN CUSSED AT ME AND SAID "I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOUR F*@KING PLATES ARE, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DMV AND GET NEW ONES AND WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU. AT THAT POINT I WAS DONE AND DROVE OFF. ALL AND ALL THESE SHARKS BASICALLY NEW THE WHOLE TIME I WASN'T APPROVED. THEY LIED TO ME SO THERE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK GOOD FOR THE DAY AND ROOKIE "DEAN" COULD GET PAID. I'M SURE DEAN OR SOMEONE HAS MY PLATES ON THERE CAR CAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD REGISTRATION. SO TO THE PEOPLE OF RENO, NV STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHARKS...

I bought my new pre-owned Toyota Rav 4 vehicle from the guys online at INTERNET AUTO RENT & SALES recently. It was such a great buying experience I had to take the time to let everyone know...From the huge selection right down to finalizing the paperwork, everything flowed, and was right inline with our research from the internet. I had a trade that I was upside down in, and they (internet dept) got me out of it easily. They explained every step of the process clearly without pressure like I was family or something.. Really felt a sense of service from the IT dept... We felt very comfortable with Harry and his team... and, I would highly recommend them...We will be back... Keep up the good work.

Pros: Unbelievable inventory!!!!!

Bought our new preowned vehicle from the internet dept there, we dealt with Harry. He spent lots of time with us. Gave lots of information that was crucial in our decision. DO NOT GO THROUGH A "LOT SALESMAN" FOR GODS SAKE! see Harry...

Pros: At the end of the day the deal was fantastic......Thanks Harry.

Cons: Parking, lots of salesman to wade through....
