Avoid drive thru

You rarely can get everything that you ordered the first time. I always have to check my order and nine times out of ten, it is missing something. I ordered plain chicken sandwiches and when I opened the wrappers at home there was just buns and nothing in them. When I took them back I was told that I ordered them plain and they didn't understand my frustration.

• Cons: terrible service
