I had a very nice experience at this salon. I was greeted by the receptionist and offered something to drink. They told the stylist I was here. She came out right away. I felt comfortable and at ease at this salon. Had a great hair cut and will come back.

The worst hair salon in Reno...

This is without a doubt the worst services you can receive in Reno. At least I can have my hair color redone by professionals....but I will either have to have my hair cut very short or live with a horrible choppy mess for months to get past the "style." You're better off going to SuperCuts.
