DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!! We were rudely awoken at 3:30am because of BUGS in our room and the hotel did NOTHING for us!!!!

Harrah's, it's not 2006. Wifi should be free, you know, like at McDonalds. Biz ctr should actually be conducive to doing biz. Room service should be every day.

Absolutely gorgeous view. Suite is spacious and awesome, except the shower stall. It is weirdly small compared to everything else in the suite...not a deal breaker though.

Staff are nice Reservation system is a joke. They charge your credit card immediately upon reservation for the first night, but do not guarantee your room type (eg non-smoking).

Try the noodle bar! The female chef from Thailand is a really good cook. I had the beef noodles from there.
