Run! Run! Run!. Don't rent there! It is a slum! They will lie on their move out sheet to cover up what they did not fix and charge you! There are issues of not having hot water and others not having proper heat. When we moved out there were six other apartments being cleared out in addition to already empty apartments? What does that tell you? The people that work there have no work ethics. The manager doesn't have a clue. They retaliate against you. Don't trust them, and if you already live there use caution. Get out while you can!!! There have been complaints of bees in the walls and them not doing anything about to leaky toilets with grey water dripping into other apartments. The place may be cosmetically viewable, but living there proves different. Don’t let maintenance fool you either, they will paint the speed bumps many times a year and get rid of graffiti; however that is the extent of their actual work. Take your business somewhere else. You will be better off.

Don't move there!. The place is a nightmare! If it costs money to fix, it's not getting fixed. Workorders are not carried out completely. The office staff is nice at first, then don't work well after that. The units are old and drafty and poorly kept. Maint. is a joke. There is also a problem with dog droppings, when it rains it smells like dog poop.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!. Do not move into this complex. The management staff is rude and are constantly finding ways to try and get money from you. They maintenance staff also doesn't respond to work orders in a timely manner. I filled a work order at the end of September and it is now the 3rd week of November and it still has not been fixed. I have a hole in my kitchen floor that is on the work order and it is still not fixed. I have never been in such an awful place. Not only did they not fix the stuff in my apartment but community amenities have still not been fixed. The front gate broke and was not fixed for 2 months. there were 3 cars that were vandalized while the gate was broken and the spa has been broken since the beginning of October (it is now November). It was a huge mistake to move here and I would warn everyone that I could to avoid living here.
