Bad bad customer service. This guys were slow, did BAD work, and refused to honor the warranty on our receipt.

Paul Hogan, Dave & Dodger are liars. This fraud is another example of why Nevada remains the highest state for fraud and people are LEAVING Nevada. Would you want to work or live around these guys? Hogan's Carb & Tune employees Dave and Dodger and owner Paul Hogan removed the washer pump from our 1985 Buick LeSabre Collector car. It had 77,505 original miles and was in perfect condition. WAS. Was until Dave and Dodger and Paul Hogan mutilated it. According to their two receipts Hogan's replaced this vehicle's washer pump, it didn't work, so the owners brought it back. The second receipt has several warranty items claimed to have been done on it. Including replacing the washer pump a second time. Obviously Hogan's lied about that. Imagine our surprise when we took this car in for its free annual AAA Car Maintenance Report and was told its washer pump is missing. Gone washer pump gone.

A bunch of know-nothing meatheads. I took one of my cars in there, first i was quoted at $130.

2 days go by, guy calls me tells me its gonna now cost me $454.

I agreed to it anyway. A week goes by, i heard nothing from these guys, they didnt answer the phones, i even went there and my car was sitting in the back of the parking lot in the same shape as when i brought it in.

Another few days go by... and another part is "missing", or "broken"

the car was fine when i brought it in it just needed the lower thermostat housing put on. but now all of a sudden im missing bolts, and the water pump leaks and what not.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES DOWN THERE! THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU AND KEEP YOUR CAR FOR WAY LONGER THAN NEEDED
