quick and honest – I recently had my oil changed at this facility and had a great experience that iincluded the owner doing the service himself. He was helpful, polite, knowledgable, and appeared to be very honest. It is unfortunate that a previous comment/review was maliciously spiteful and obvously done with intent to personally harm the reputation of lube express. I have been a customer there for 10 years and both the previous owner(Bailey) and current owner(mcdowell) have treated me with a level of honesty that I fing unsurpassed in the automotive repair industry.
Excellent Service - – I have been a Lube Express customer for a couple of years since I lived right around the corner. I always feel secure about them doing an honest job. Before I took my car to Lube Express I was always prepared to get some ridiculous estimate for repairs instead of just the oil change I requested. Lube Express has always done a good and resonable service on my vehicles. Unfortunately, satisfied customers do not often think to write reviews. I have recently moved a little ways away, but I still continue to bring my vehicles to Lube Express and would recommend them to anyone.
what a rip off – they dont really have the oil they say they do full synthetic dosent exsist at that shop,i called there supplyer never have they delivered full syn in the past 10yrs,owner sells bogus vehicles, hells angels all over the place, cant reach the owner when needed not good buisness i recommend 76 accross the way
BUYER / CONSUMER BEWARE / BAIT AND SWITCH – Called 7/26/07 to request pricing for oil change agent advised me around $39 bucks for Synthetic blend which is now standard. Arrived 7/27/07 to have oil changed. I pulled in, got out of car, advised the guy working I wanted the standard oil change that is around $39 bucks as advised by phone. I said I understand you are now using synthetic blend as the standard oil is that correct, and he said yes. The guy at the desk did not ask me anything or confirm what I was getting, all he said is you don?t pay until it?s ready. I was walked outside to keep an eye on things, and the young man asked is this the one you want and showed me full synthetic. I told him no, I wanted the standard oil change around $39 bucks using the standard synthetic blend as stated on the sign which DID NOT disclose or state restrictions like ?Only for blah blah oil type? Tony called me up and said your car is finished. He handed me a bill for $66.42. I told him what is that I wanted and pointed to the sign was the 39 buck oil change using the synthetic blend. I told him I was clear about that when I arrived to the young man outside, and again while I was walking around outside. He said I?m sorry but that is only for 5 ? 30 w only. The synthetic blend you got is the same price as full synthetic. I told him they need to confirm with the customer before proceeding with the service, and he blamed it on the guy working in the bay, that is was his bad English and their lack of communication because of it. He said with this oil you won?t need to change it for 4000 miles. When I got home the sticker said 3000, I called him back and said are you sure you put synthetic blend in there now he said yeah. I asked to speak with the owner Bobby and he said he didn?t know how to get a hold of him or when he will be in, he would not say. I will never go there again with my new 2007 car as it was the ultimate BAIT AND SWITCH. I have never paid that much ever in my life!
