Cyndi Brewer, Your supposed to be referring me to an ortho doctor for my arm. I know your busy but this has been going on so long and the pain has gotten so bad I almost killed myself last week, I took 2 pain pills and 2 advil psm's along with a glass of wine to try to ease the pain and when I Woke up and went to the restroom my husband heard a thump and when he checked on me I was not breathing and had no pulse, he called 911 and then I had 4 firemen and 3 emt's here and they think because of all that I took it caused me to have some kind of stroke. I really am in pain and need help!!

Great patient care. Absolutely the best patient care anyone could receive. The Doctors are great, the nursing staff is attentive, and the office staff is very friendly. No appointment needed is great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Safe and Sound. Dr. Parrott and Dr. O'Gara have been my physicians at Ralston Medical for close to 8 years now. Whenever I feel like I have something wrong, I just drive on over to the office and pop in, as they take walk-ins and that makes me feel like I don't ever have to worry about anything. My questions are always answered and my problems are always taken care of! If you're looking for a good Dr. you can always count on and feel safe with, I reccommend Dr. Parrott or Dr. O'gara!!

Excellent doctors, easy access, poor refill staff.... My personal Physician is Dr. O'Gara, but have seen most of the doctors there. So if you can, I recommend Dr. O'Gara o

Every doctor has been top notch, even finding problems previous physicians had missed for years that were simple issues and easily treated.

The doctors nurses are also top notch, willing to go the extra mile even on some crazy request.

The office has a department that deals with prescription refill requests, and they are not good. They adhere to the office policies and of course the legal issues with refills. The office policies are where things go wrong, as the doctor may have other directions that the refill department cannot process on their own, requiring you to contact the doctor or the doctor's nurse.

I see people complain about the appointments, they can do have appointments, especially for people any special consideration.

However, I personally like the fact that if I wake up with the flu, I can just go see my doctor that morning. Almost all other doctors and physician groups have one to two week wait times on appointments, which is worthless if you just need something for a simple flu or short term illness.

The doctors also take time to address any needs you have, and in one session. FYI - Other doctors have moved or are moving to a policy of 'One question/issue per appointment' which is a horrible policy if the 'issues' might be related and the doctor won't listen to you about the additional problems unless you make a new appointment.

So in these times, and with the state of both regulations and costs, Ralston Family Physicians are the best I have found in years.

Everything is a process. Things just do not run smoothly from the patients perspective. First off all appointments are walk ins so that alone is a major inconvenience. Then for your follow-ups or prescription requests it is impossible to actually reach someone by phone in that office. I understand that they are busy but they should at least have the decency to call back ASAP when a message is left. To add the cherry on top of it all the doctors all have weird schedules where they will take time off during the week and not inform you until it is too late.

Busy Office, busy Doctors. I have gone to Dr. Capurro for a couple of years now, and though she is difficult to get into for a scheduled appointment, she has always been able to see me for walk ins. I have read complaints about her service and rushing clients. Though she does tend to rush things along, I have never received poor service or anything else for that matter. I don't like doctor offices and I appreciate that she does her job quick and effectively enough to get me out of there in a timely manner. She has other people to see!! The only downside that I can see to having this particular doctor, is that when I need to see her on an appointment basis, she is booked over a month out. It must be because she is so good.

capurro. the first time i saw this dr. my husband was being treated. She said to me, are you his mother? I am 27 so I don't even see how this is possible to think. I took that as an insult. The next time I saw her, she did not even turn around and look at me. She blindly wrote me a prescription for 6 months, most likely so she could get me out of there. I do not like her. I am switching doctors. The Ralston office is always either overbooked or you go in during office hours and most of the drs. aren't even in that day. Not convenient.

Rushed, impatient, and not very attentive to my needs. It was my second visit with Dr. Zamboni and the second time that I felt rushed and literally ignored. When I attempted to ask about her pregnancy she became short and appeared annoyed. Then when prescribing the requested medication for my cough she only alloted a small amount which barely helped me through this particular flu. Also when I requested a refill it took several days before I was granted one.
