I was very happy with every one at Waltons. I worked with Blake and he was so helpful. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.They made it very easy.
Unprofessional and not a bit helpful. Only when it comes to the bill. They know how to charge and collect money. Otherwise they know nothing about the funeral business.
Excellent service. Our family worked with Paul Noell at Waltons on W. Second Street in Reno. Walton's is very reasonable and everything was explained to us by Paul. He was empathetic and very patient with us. He was not pushy or agressive when we were selecting a "package" of services for my daughter. Paul was quiet and patient and we found him to be very easy to work with. I would recommend him and the Walton's Mortuary to anyone to finds themself in this situation.
