Horrible Customer Experience. This place gets one star because the food tastes fine. Beyond that, the service is horrible, the wait staff will harrass your friends (Reno's a small town) if they don't like the tip they got for their horrible service, and they don't honor what their coupon says. If you don't like coupons, don't send them out anymore. Cheri is a rude waitress. This bar cares about the money they make and could care less about the customer experience. Spend your money at other local bars!
