Extremely high level of integrity. I had an issue with my 7er that the extended warranty company would only cover if a related part had failed. Instead of violating his convictions, Jeff refused to add additional parts to the claim just so they would authorize the repair. It is so refreshing to find a.mechanic that still believes that mechanics should be honest.

Professional and Accommodating. I came into the shop a few weeks ago and got an oil change. They worked on my car right away and were very professional. They found a few problems with my 325, that could have been a disastrous in a short amount of time. They were able to fix it all quickly and for a pretty good price. I remember going to the dealer last year and I was barely able to keep my shirt.
