Lacks Professional Savy... This Company manages An Apt complex at 1155 Glenda Way called "The Cottages at Glenda Way". I can't figure out if the Owner is just a cheapO or Bard Wilkerson absolutely has no Idea how to Manage anything. Its an Old place and old places need repairs. They are Studios that in my opinion could be nice but this is one of those places that just gets looked over. People come and go from here so fast I can see why. So before you sign a lease, really pay attention ( the bathroom fans ect..) and don't hurry your paper work though Brad will hurry you along. Fill Out the move in inspection sheet carfully. I am leaving here ASAP, will you be the next one to be dissatified or do you settle for medi'oker living. High Crime area also. Lot of Apts in the area..good luck!
