Wonderful Customer Service!. I waited until the last minute to have some flowers delivered to my Mom for Mother's Day. When the sweet lady on the phone asked if I could pick them up because they are were so busy and I answered "No, because I live in Idaho" she happily found a way to create a beautiful arrangement and have it delivered that same day. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this. Thanks for your terrific service!

Very creative and great customer service!. After reading the bad review about St. Ives florist I was skeptical about them, but they are located right down the street and I was desperate, so I decided to check it out anyways. My boyfriend and I are having our 2 year anniversary next month and I wanted to send him flowers but I know how much guys love flowers so I was kind of stuck on what kinds of things he would appreciate, so anyways I went to St. Ives Florist and spoke to a man there about some ideas, he was so helpful. He said I could bring in a video game or CD and some of his favorite candy and he could work it into the arrangement. He also said he liked to find out as much about the recipient as possible so he could make the arrangement personal like using funky tropical flowers instead of roses and stuff like that! I can't wait to see the outcome, Now I am actually very excited to work with them on this! Thanks, St. Ives Florist! I will write a follow up review on the delivery service.-Courtney

Sour Grapes?. I never write a review on ANYTHING, but must make an exception in this case after reading the previous review. I've dealt with several Reno florists in the past 20 years and St. Ives is right at the top of the list. The people are friendly and helpful, delivery has always been prompt, the arrangements beautiful and long lasting, and the prices fair. I've NEVER had a problem that wasn't taken care of immediately and courteously. I highly recommend St. Ives.
