Bad experiance. Went there once and had a great meal. Took a friend the next time. They made a huge and embaressing fuss over seating a handicapped person and then the waitress disappeared, the creamed soup, when it did finally get to the table, was barely warm, the liver showed up blood-rare... When we were leaving, having eaten only the crackers from the soup that never returned from the kitchen, we were told we would have to pay for what we had ordered. I've never been back!

Beautiful food and... The best side dishes in town!!! Their Mac n Cheese with Truffles is to die for! always our Anniversary dinner when we can afford it. Though the last time we dined there the service was poor...but the food made up for it!

Best Upscale Dining in Reno. I have to agree with everything the first reviewer said. LuLou's is our favorite and probably the best fine dining spot in Reno. There's everything to love and nothing to hate. The Filet Mignon with stacked potatoes is to die for.

The best reason to visit Reno!. This restaurant was definitely the highlight of our Reno trip and we'll make it to Lulou's every time we go to Reno. The decor was modern and elegant, the food was above all expectations, the wine list was fun and extremely affordable, and the service was top notch! Not a bad thing to say about this restaurant. Make reservations before you go, as it is a small and popular venue.
