Reno Gallery of Furniture. Hello, my name is Kathy and i would love to share the wonderful service we have had at Reno Gallery of Furniture. First time my husband and i went window shopping someone came right away to help us. We explained what we were looking for and they showed us what they had to offer. The service was excellent !! We left and went to another place to be quite frank very expensive furniture. The man and woman was talking about someone, these are the sales people who couldn't and wouldn't break away. They both looked at me and my husband but wouldn't acknowledge us. After about 10 minutes i yelled out, " THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ." And, we then left the store. Never did we have anything like that happen to us at Reno Gallery of Furniture. We went on to buy quite a bit of furniture from them. One of the items had a problem and they got another one and everything was good.Delivery was good also. This was the store on Kitzeke in Reno, Nv. When we need more furniture guess where we'll be going ?

Owner rebuttal. I am one of the owners of this business, and I doubt that this is a genuine, bonafide review. Our records indicate no issues of this type. Our local consumer agency records show no complaints of this nature. This concerns me that we have little to no chance to defend ourselves against a false claim. We have been in business over 22 years, and we have always taken all opportunities to correct any problems that arise. Businesses that don't take care of problems, don't stay in business. We take care of problems. We have excellent employees and very good furniture, and excellent pricing.

We would welcome any and all opportunity to correct any "issues" that this customer "claims" to have.

Poor customer service on returns. The salespeople were VERY friendly before you buy, but once you have the furniture at home and have any problems, they are no longer friendly!! We had a lot of problems getting them to replace furniture we bought that had defects and damage (upon delivery). I would not recommend this place to anyone.
