I think our salesman was Tony, he was so helpful and not pushy. We test drove a car then left the lot to go to other lots and compare, only to meet pushy, rude salesmen and not find a better deal so we came back to Tony and closed the deal. Then I had to come back 2 days later to smog it and he went out of his way to help me get it done quickly. So friendly and respectful there!

I bought a car there last September and the sales team was great and they got me into a car that I could afford, and they even went out of their way to get me a payment that worked.

IF YOU LIKE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Test drove a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and the whole time the shark is in the back telling me about how Internet is putting all the other automotive dealers out of business, because they basically give cars away. The whole test drive the truck is overheating and has no oil pressure, I make the shark shut up long enough to tell him and his response “that’s why I’d buy the extended warranty on this one!!!.) Wow now that is customer support right there… Then once the horrible test drive is over the shark seems to have lost my driver’s license and won’t give it back. I’d rather take my chances and buy a used car in a dark alley from a guy named Larry, then give this place any business. Have had a couple people I know personally go in and every one of them were very unhappy!!! STAY AWAY!! FAR AWAY!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was promised a $500 gas card by the sales manager prior to signing the contract. I never received this card and was told he never said that.

The vehicle after a week of owning it had total electrical failure and would be completely dead after only a few hours of being off. I had to replace the battery on my own dime.

After 3 weeks of owning this vehicle, I had a complete engine failure. I was told I would have to get it back to them on my own dime. Once at the dealership they would not take the vehicle back unless I bought a more expensive vehicle from them. Finally after being there for 4 hours, they told me to take it to another dealership to get it repaired and they did not provide me with a loaner vehicle, the other dealer had to do this for me.

I would not reccomend this dealership to even my worst enemies, it was a horrible experience and I hope no one goes there. If I was taken care of the way I felt I should have been, I would have had no problem going back there year after year and referring people to them, but I will NEVER go back here again.
