repair work. I have the lifetime oil service and they're always telling you that you need a new air filter even when I've replaced it myself...i think they base it on mileage rather than actually looking at it. brought it in for service today to get a new water pump. $750 for used one...i called and priced a new one, installed for $400. they price matched with warranty so i guess thats good. nice people, but i guess they're trying to make money too.

I am totally amazed!!. I have read several reviews from the Lithia Reno entities and I am not surprised that most of your customer base have given you terrible reviews. Could it be because Lithia does not want or know how to hire quality people with ample backgrounds in the many automotive fields.

Just recently I stopped by the Hyundai shop on Kietzke and talked to the Sales Manager regarding a survey I wanted his sales professional to take. This survey is part of a research project I am taking for my MBA. It was ideal for them, as it dealt with on-line social networking in the eyes of the sales professional. Your website confirms that assumption. The questions were structured in such a way that it would only take 3 minutes of the salespersons time to fill out. For the last 4 days I got the run around from the sales manager and finally I was told that they were extremely busy and did not have time to fill out my questionaire. That remark caught me as there were sales people standing around and no customers in the showroom.

What totally amazes me is the attitude of management towards people like myself who are trying to better themselves by pursuing higher education.

So far I would not recommend your dealership to any person I deal with on a daily basis. Oh! by the way I work for a Ford dealership and I am fully aware of the dynamics within the auto business, so as a word of advice, get rid of those ineffective managers inside your company if you want to keep your business and reputation in Reno.

Word of mouth could very well cripple your company. Fix the problem, don't incite it.
