Oustanding! James is a professional in
every sense. He was honest, not pushy, and made us feel comfortable with the car buying experience. He was also able to assure us regarding the length of time that he has been employed here -- this is important because we would like to be long-term customers.
Finance folks were easy to work with as well. Vance Avers helped to close the deal and was gracious and professional.
