Very professional attitude from the service writer to the mechanic (Walt) to the cashier.Walt does outstanding service on Corvettes and he know everything about them. This is the only place that I take my Corvette for service.

Chuck is the reason i buy from Champion. He goes above and beyond to give good service. one time i was getting gas across the street and it was raining like crazy and I locked my keys in my truck, I went to the service department to use the phone and he offered to give me a ride home. i live in Verdi and he still said he would do it. I will always buy from you guys when you get service like that. Then when I go to pay my bill, Sam at the counter is great. you have the nicest people working for you

John was prompt & attentive, he let me know that my vehicle had a recall that I wasn't aware of; and he let me know when my car was ready for pick up. The cashier was pleasant and everyone of the service writers I encountered were as well. I will have to return however, my tire service light is displaying. The only slight negative experience was the gentleman who retrieves the vehicles, he was playing with his cell phone and didn't seem interested in service

Experience was very satisfying. I have tried to buy from Champion in the past but with not luck--whatever change has occurred, i extend my sincere compliments. Ruban was very professional and attentive to my needs and we were able to make a deal on a new 2013 Avalanche. I am most pleased with the entire experience.
