Simply outstanding. Just a quick note in appreciation of your new facilities, but even more importantly, in appreciation of your outstanding personnel. I consider Ken Cerny to be the best Service Adviser I have ever encountered in over fifty years of buying and servicing automobiles ranging from Chevrolet's to Cadillacs and Mercedes to Toyota's. Ken is simply outstanding and a fine representative of Reno Toyota.

fast, courteous, and friendly. Your number one goal is to exceed the expectations of your customers and KENNETH did just that. He is MR. Efficiency himself. He was fast, courteous, and friendly. We had a good experience. He said our car would be ready in 2 hrs., and when we stepped into his office 2 hrs. later, our car just pulled up. How About That!! You are indeed lucky to have him as your employee. Please give him a big thank you for a job well done.

nothing but professional. I was sooooo happy that Rolando was back and he returned my call immediately and took over the repair situation. He has been nothing but professional and a wonderful person to work with. How lucky are you that you hired him! He managed to calm me down, present the exact problem with the air pump and a pesky mouse nest and basically work like mad to get me my car fixed by today. He knew I had to go out of town today and at he called me to tell me the good news that my car was finally fixed!

represents what each Toyota facility around the country shou. The owner of Reno Toyota obviously made a large financial commitment when he decided to build the new facility. It represents what each Toyota facility around the country should be. It certainly provides immediate return in the pride with which your employees perform their jobs.

no doubt that I will cheerfully return for further service. My compliments to your service crew for the excellent

care I received during my visit there. My engine light

came on during a road trip to California and the response from the Toyota dealership there was somewhere between patronizing and insulting. Amy Curry, on the other hand, was courteous and

efficient. She explained everything to me without patronizing orrushing. I felt like my '99, 133,000 mile 4Runner was getting (and worth) the best care possible. Everyone from the phone receptionist

to the young man who took me home was friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that I will cheerfully return for further service.

Always done superb. Reno Toyota has always done a superb job when they service my vehicles. When there was an issue with the radio in my Sienna, they did not give up until the problem was solved!
