Just say...NO!!!. Run, don't walk from Bill Pearce Motors! I have purchased two BMW's from this dealership. I had hoped in 10+ years, their customer service would have improved but it hasn't...fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. So, if you're foolish enough to make a purchase, get EVERYTHING in writing beforehand; do not trust a word that comes out of any Client Advisor's mouth. I had various items that were "included in the price" of the vehicle but while signing on the dotted line, I was told otherwise. Unfortunately, my vehicle is currently under warranty, so I'm reluctant to list any customer service-related specifics at this time for fear of retaliation (stay tuned for the real dirt in a few years...I'm keeping a log). But then again, once you walk out their front door, keys in hand, you
Best Car Buying Experience. They were very professional. There was no high-pressure hype. We went in to drive different vehicles, and they let us drive two or three of them. When we picked the one my wife wanted, they encouraged us to purchase it while it was there on the lot, cause there was only one left in that model. Other than that, it was very polite, very smooth, and we're very happy with the car
Kids selling cars at Bill Pearce.
Whats up with the smug pompus kids trying to sell me a $40k plus car.
Not only was I given a lesson (more of a rant) in economics 101, but My Wife and I were told by some 24 year old kid that we are uniformed consumers, and have no business selling or buying a car without first becomming a little more educated.
I was also told that Bill Pearce Motors doesn't need to deal on the price of their BMW as the local consumers are lucky enough to have a dealership in Reno.
I bought a new BMW from Stevens Creek, CA in 2001, and was treated very good there, much like the way I was treated at Reno Lexus. If I was interested in buying a BMW I'd buy out of town.
By the way, mgt did call me today and apologize, they also asked me to come back down as they are positive they can get me into a new car.
Excellent Customer Service!. I have been to many BMW service departments around the country and Bill Pearce ranks as one of the very best! Anytime I go in they are always accomodating and friendly. The owner comes out in the mornings and chats with everyone. A real professional place to go and they have great snacks! The repairs are done in a timely manner and they are fair priced for the area. The sales department has always been courteous when I am looking at new cars and are very friendly and not at all interested in pushing me into a car deal when i just want to see what's new. If your looking for a fair and honest place to go in Reno this is it!
Who do these smug jokers think they are....
As Bill Pearce has all of my home information I will have to be general in my comments.
Apparently Spending over $90,000 at Bill Pearce does not guarantee that they won?t be rude, condescending and arrogant. Of course some manager will apologize after the
fact but once one of the employees have treated you like they think you are a moron
it is too late. Why even shop there, they have no selection and the service is, well, terrible. Do yourself a favor and shop out of town.
Commission sales in service area. My wife took her volvo here to get the oil changed, and reports that they immediately tried to sell her a service package of over $350. She says she won't go back.
