Worst Business Ethics, WORST STAFF, RUDE. I rented with this company for over a year. I was never late with rent, but had to deal with the OBNOXIOUS staff every single month when i dropped off my check. After I decided to leave the house I was renting, they made ME personally show the property, ON MY OWN TIME to potential renters. Yes, STRANGERS in a home I was renting, with NO ONE from NDI representing the company. The woman, Jennifer, who arranged the showings from NDI was very rude to me and my family. NDI Also claimed the house was for rent TWO weeks earlier then my lease was over. Then, the owner did out leaving walk through, said the house was fine, and he's be sending our deposit back to us in a week. Two weeks later, via email, the owner is now claiming we will not be receiving our deposit back due to cleanliness issues. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. NEVER HAVE THEM REPRESENT YOUR PROPERTY.

Rude STAFF. The staff is not helpfull and they are just flat out rude. They eat in front of you and on the phone when I call. THEY DO WANT ALL OF YOUR MONEY and will get it any way that they can. I will never rent from them again.

TERRIBLE, RUDE STAFF. I have rented from this company for 3 years. The staff that I originally dealt with were WONDERFUL!!!!! Always so helpful. But those 2 girls they have in there now are just TERRIBLE!!!!!! Those girls are just so RUDE!!!!! Trust me, you DO NOT WANT TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will try to get money anyway they can. You should see what they charged my neighbor for a late fee. He was only late 1 day and they charge 10% of the rent plus $5.00 a day. OMG!!!!! He was late 1 day only and they charged him $141.00. That is just crazy. Dont trust these people, they dont care about you as a renter‎
