Tips for Park Vista Apartments

Worst place ever.
Horrible management. Increases rent w/out proper warning & is constantly giving late notices to the wrong apartments. Supposedly their "improving" the place but everything is tore up in one place or another & parking is HORRIBLE. Crime is big and "security" is a joke.
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
