Dependable, Honest, and Helpfull. We have been taking our cars to Andy's Automotive for 5 years now. I count on Andy to keep track of what my car needs and not do things that don't need done. He is reliable, always does a great job and stands behind his work.

My friend visiting from San Diego had car trouble while visiting this summer and Andy was very helpful in getting her car the needed repairs. She says Andy's Automotive is AWESOME!

Honest and Reliable. My husband and I have always found Andy honest and reliable. We have taken our vehicles to Andy in the past, and now my son’s car as well. Andy will let you know if there is something that may need to be done in the future and will leave it up to you if you want to wait to get the service done in the future, or get it done now and avoid additional future labor costs. On the other hand, he has also told us if we did not actually need a service that we thought we did and saved us some money!

An Excellent Automotive Shop. I moved to the Reno area approximately 6 years ago, and went to other automotive shops, then I found Andy's Automotive, and have been going to Andy's for about 2 years, now. I am very satisfied with Andy's Automotive, because they do a great job, and stand behind their work.

The Best Auto Service. Andy's Automotive is a great reliable place to have your car serviced. Andy & his team will only do repairs that are necessary and tell you how long before something is needed.

We have been customers for over six years and have taken several cars to be serviced there. Have never left unhappy. Andy's may not be the cheapest place, but my feeling is you get what you pay for. So would you rather have it done right the first time or would like to pay someone and then have to pay someone else.

I personally have referred several of our friends and family members and have not heard any complaints.

The Only Place to Go!. My dad, the wonderful, paticular person he was, actually found Andy's in 2003. Our family has been going there ever since! The whole shop goes above and beyond to explain whats going on with your vehicle, all your options. From the time they take your keys, back to Andy or Rob who are lifting the hood. (They will also tell you if its NOT time for another oil change) lol. They are, I think, the best bang for your buck when you have the customer service to back their quality work. When you have your family in your vehicle everyday, you cant put a price on that security you have when u start that engine to start your day,.......just sayin.......

GREAT JOB !!. Andy's has been doing outstanding work on my vehicles. Very thorough ! Has been very frustrating trying to find a shop I can count on with my vehicles, I no lkonger have the time to do my own work. I take both vehicles there ! fair prices !!

Excellent Shop. I've used Andy's shop for my personal vehicle and our fleet vehicles for 6 years now. Andy provides good service and good advice. Several times, Andy has done small fixes for no charge.

Worthless shop!. The lady who answers the phone is vulgar and extremely rude. The people who work here have no respect for anyone, especially customers. I don't understand how this place stays in business the way they treat people.

If you enjoy being cursed at and dealt with in a very offensive manner for calling, then pick up the phone. I have heard bad stories about their work as well, with parts being replaced, (unauthorized of course), when replacement was not needed. STAY AWAY!
