NOTHING, Not even clean sheets are included... We asked about the "regular" amenities before booking the room. We asked about coffee, breakfast, internet, pool and were told that they had all of those things. Upon booking the room a last minute

Great Place To Stay. There are great pools in each of the towers, that are never crowded, and provide a great island atmosphere. When I stay at the Nugget I spend most of my time in the pool area before crashing in a standard, casino hotel room. Great for a quick getaway with your signifigant other!

Friendly. Very friendly employees! A gorgeous pool and spa area. Great variety in dining. Nice gift shop! Still has Bingo! Lots of parking.

Not impressed. The hotel was very nice - excellent rooms which were quiet, and an exceptional indoor pool with workout facilities. The service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. The restuarants were extremely slow, and the servers were unfriendly and rude. When making reservations, I was told to call back later since they were too busy to handle my call. I would say that Mr. Ascuaga needs to have a chat with his employees about providing good service to customers.

They really try.... The Nugget is away from downtown, so they have to try harder than the competition. the hotel is constantly being refurbished, expanded and updated. For a "do it once" experience, ask for a sleeping room -- a teeny-tiny room with about one foot of clearance around the bed, a small bathroom and that's it. But, hey, it's cheap. Or go full-price and do the tower.
