The manager Belle Haven apt. should not borrow money from people who rent from her, very tacky .. Oh and not pay them back. I will be taking her to court, ya my mom died and she took total advantage of me. Then kicked me out. Yes I got a little money my mom passed away. (WORST THING IN LIFE) She borrowed 500.00 said she would pay it back asap. Last time I spoke with Pat Stanger she said "I told you I would pay you back tax time" Who in there right mind would hand some one some money and say ok pay me in a year? She in my OPINION very very how should i say it .PHONY... She said she just dont have it .She is taking care of her daughter who is in prison for DRUG SELLING. God dont like LIERS

Not a good choice at all. My husband and I moved into the Belle Havens 10 months ago and I would have to say it is the worst complex i have ever lived in. The manager does not care what is going on there. When you move she totally jips you on your deposit and if you had rent credit she will take that too. Our apartment was broken into when my husband was out of town and when I told her about it she told me that " You would be the first in 35 years" and had nothing else to say about it. She does not like letting kids ride bikes or use heeleys on the property but if an adult is that is just fine with her. I would not recommend anyone to move there. In the winter we had a big gap under our door and after living there for ten months she still has not fixed it and we complained more than once...

Last resort. My boyfriend and i moved in as a last resort, and 9 months later have never been more thankful to move...electrial issues, water being shut off without notice and now to top it off,floding from the rain, what does the slumlord say, not my problem, if your not happy move.
