Manipulate their policies to create revenue. I have had now 3 times that GNCU has put a hold on my deposits to create non- sufficient fund charges on my account. It is a way for them to manipulate their policies against you. They have taken my deposits and run them through within 24 to 48 hours normally. However, when they know that they can manipulate their polices they will hold your deposits for 3 - 4 days. In order to discuss any issue in this form they only have you use message system, denying direct contact with a customer representative. I am done dealing with this manipulation. I would recommend not having any money in this Credit Union, as what I see is that they do not care about how they treat their customers. Personally I really feel that I would not give them any star rating for this reason.

WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!!!. I had thousands in my account and tried to close it after I left the area. They would not send me my money. I had to write a check against my account and then asked for the balance with interest as it was a savings account. They would not send me my interest or my July 2009 statement. I had to file a complaint with the State to get them to send me "some" of my interest. They still owe me interest and my July 2009 statement some 2 years later. They don't care and know they can steal you money if it is a small amount!!! US Bank is much better

RIP OFF REPORT Greater nevada credit union. this business is the biggest rip off i have ever seen , please dont use the company and tell everyone, the business pratice board illegal, they will rip you off any chance they get thats for sure , the worst customer service i have ever seen , they are snotty full of themselfs, rude , dont take my word for it ask around you will see
