First Valentines Day 190.00 bucks and no Flowers...or care. They do not care what so ever about taking care of their customers here! Stay away!

Ordered Flowers for our first Valentines day for 190.00 bucks, the week before. The one day they shouldn't mess up a year! Didn't deliver the flowers and called about 730pm to say they had her flowers and they would deliver them tomorrow? Tried to call them back to tell them to keep the flowers because its not Valentines Day tomorrow with no answer.

Went in three times to talk to the owner but shes never there. On the third time in, I talked to the old lady manager that said "They delivered the flowers the next day and that's good enough for them."

I didn't even ask for a refund. I asked for a credit to buy flowers there in the future. I just wanted them to at least feel bad a little bit... To a reply" Sorry not giving you a credit. She got the flowers the day after..." I give up! Went way above what I should have done to fix this. Plenty of other flower places around. Steer clear of this place!

Manager Cathy Langdahl. The manager Csthy Land\gdahl needs to update her customer service skills. I place an order on a Saturday for delivery on a Monday. My order was not fulfilled but the charges showed on my bank account!!! She NEVER even offered to correct the problem, pretty much hung up on me and when I called back the staff told me there was one else to help me the BUCK stops with her!!! RENO/SPARKS you have choices...DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST....I have never experienced such UNPROFESSIONAL service and customer service EVER!!!! Let alone a business who does not want to even correct the issue! How dare them charge my account before even providing the services!!!!! RENO/SPARKS area you have choices.... BE AWARE!!!! RATING 0 STARS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!! My wife called to come in and pick up flowers for our daughters dance. She was told by them that that closed at 7:00 pm. My wife said that she would be down to pick them out. When she arrived at 6:15 pm they were closed. I called them and was told that they had no business for the previous two hours so they closed early, every know my wife was on here way down. The lady I spoke to then just hung up on me. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Buyer Beware !!!. If I could give 0 stars I would. Flowers were dead within 24 hrs and the service was even worse. Looking forward to them going out of business soon. Trust this review, go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE. Awful experience, rude unprofessional staff. They were 2 HOURS late to our wedding, did not have the flowers promised (2 bouquets short) and are not standing by any guarantee. All this after we talked to them in person 2 days prior to the wedding. Horrible local business...
