I brought a Visio 36" TV to them for what I understand is a common repair. They require a $60 dollar deposit, which is understandable, however I later discovered WHY they get this kind of deposit.
After waiting over two weeks for word, I was told that the television needs a new circut board. The woman I spoke went on and on... and on with various charges, in the end coming to more than the TV, or any TV of its caliber costs new. Added to these charges was labor cost, this coming to upwards of $170.00, which I found out later involves 20 minutes of work.
I refused to be taken advantage of this way and went to another guy and got the job done for less than a hundred bucks, a far cry from the $350 plus these crooks wanted. I lost my $60 dollar deposit, but even at that it totaled less than what these criminals wanted.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this TV repair shop like the plague.
