Nevada Overhead Door Co. - 5 Star Excellent Service. Just amazing service! I was looking for a garage door remote device (clicker) as ours quit working. I had been doing an extensive internet search, getting prices, etc. My girlfriend looked in the yellow pages and found a couple of places. The first didn't have the part until Monday they said... (I subsequently found out that they were about $20 more expensive than what Nevada Overhead charged us). So, I called Nevada Overhead Door. They were like, we have someone who can stop by in about 15 minutes... I don't remember his name, but he said my sister, Kim, is on her way up from Carson City, she has one on her truck and will be glad to stop by your house on the way. I was so stunned I couldn't believe it. I found out, it is a family owned business.

Kim came by and determined that the one he requested was not the one we needed, but indicated that she did have the one we did need. She initialized that unit and then also set up our car units, showed us how to inspect the door, how to lock the unit at night, and outlined what to do if the door failed or had issues. All in about 15 or 20 minutes.

I didn't think this type of service still existed! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and bent over backwards for us. She gave us a Nevada Overhead Door sticker which we placed right next to Opener Button... and you can believe Nevada Overhead Door is top on our list if we ever do need help with our garage door or anything else they work with!!
