Horrible!. We took our dogs here for the first time last week and it was the worst experience we've ever had at a groomer. We took our Pomeranian in there to get a lion cut and they just completely shaved her. They even had lion cut written down. We also took one of our other dogs in to get cut and when they called us to say they were ready to be picked up, we got there and he hadn't even been cut yet. We had to wait 30 min for them to cut him. Will never go back there nor will anyone i know!
