Great to horrid faster than you can blink and eye. I used to love BofA, told people what a great bank they were. Last time I was in the branch, a super nice customer service agent suggested I open a business acount for my home based business. Said nothing would change with my other accounts as long as I used my debt card on my bus. account each month. I did that, and to date (within the last 2 months) have received over $46 in fees. I can't bail them out alone. So I'm taking my money to a credit union, I suggest the rest of you do to. Support your local economy!
