I have been going to random places for automotive care but I will definitely stick with this place from now on. The place is never busy and the people are always incredibly polite and respectful, far more than would be expected and are willing to help you out any way they can. This has definitely become my usual place to go and I will forever recommend them to others.

I was in for a smog test and was back out the door again in less than 10 minutes! Excellent service, very professional and your service techs are polite and courteous. Job Well Done!

I have been going to the Xpress Lube on Mae Anne in Reno for at least a year or more and they KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICES is all about. Friendly, fast, always go the extra mile to check out any concerns that I may have, but never pressure me into doing anything that I can't afford. It is so refreshing to be able to go to a place like this and know that you will be well taken care off and not get over charged. Kudos to the team that works there. You have my business and certainly a multitude of referral!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I been going to Xpress Lube since they opened their first store in Sparks over 20 years ago. Wayne & his son Eric run the best oil change shop in town. I can trust what they tell me, I can send in my wife or daughter and know they won't get ripped off. Keep up the good work.
