This place is great if you are looking for the social aspect. the pink drink was by far amazing and everyone is very friendly!! the pedicure was really good until they got to the massage.
Okay, I'm a guy who really likes pampering. Whenever my wife and I are in Reno for business or for family, one thing we always cram into a busy schedule is a trip to SOAK. Why? Because it's a hip, cool space with friendly and upbeat staff who not only know how to take care of our hard working feet, but they mix one heck of a cocktail.
If you want to spend a fun afternoon with your ladies, getting a pedi with a cocktail in hand, this is the place to go!! The services are fantastic and you can get all kinds of cute and creative things done to your nails. I gave my sister in law a gift certificate here and she loved it too. Book now for the weekend!
Angela did a great job; she's very personable and nice to work with.
The pedicure was great, The staff is very friendly, the building is cute. I had an excellent experience, Erin did a great job!
Absolutely loved this place! All of the ladies are so friendly, the place is decorated beautifully, and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing.
My friend and I came here for pampering before her wedding and we got the Soak Seasonal manicure...which includes a hand scrub, a hand mask with a paste as well as a wax, a hand massage with stones and a hot towel wrap. Everything used smelled so good and it all left my hands smooth and exfoliated. In addition with this package, we got a cocktail of our choice.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Reno.
I treasure a peaceful, quiet, solitary pedicure now and then, but I fear I'll never have another. If I ever do go to Soak alone, I'm in major trouble with my friends, all of whom yell at me: "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU WERE GOING? I WOULD HAVE COME WITH YOU!"
Soak is a favorite among everyone in my circle. We're all OFTEN digging deep for excuses to go in.
I didn't have a cocktail when I went here but liquor license is a plus. I went here for a manicure on my first visit. My manicurist used sterilized tools which came out of a sealed pack just like at the dentists or when you get a piercing. That is soooo cool. I have never seen that before and it is way more important to me than the ability to drink a mojitio when I am having a manicure. They use a new file and buffer on each customer. $18 plus tip is a steal of a deal for a sanitary manicure.
I really enjoyed the experiance here. I loved the "shopping" that is used as decor. I loved the chairs and the bowls and rocks in the bowls. My nails looked fabulous when she was done.
Tasha is the best!!! So very happy for last few years, and plan to continue
