Raquel listens and communicates. I moved to Reno from North Carolina. After desperately searching for a great hair stylist and enduring terrible hair coloring from others, my husband suggested I talk to Raquel, the owner of Total Beauty Salon. She had been cutting his hair for a while. My husband said, "I believe if you tell Raquel what you want, she will listen to you" (all the other stylists I had went to sent me out their salon doors with what "they thought" looked good for me). My husband was absolutely right about Raquel. She listened to what I had to say and what I wanted for my hair. She communicated back to me to make sure we were both on the same track. Finally, great hair! My husband tells me my hair looks the best it has ever looked (WOW...after 25 years of marriage). Now it has been a year that I have been going to Total Beauty Salon and I would recommend Raquel to anyone that wants great hair!
