Don't Sell Your Clothes Here. This is not a place I would go if you're looking to sell clothes. Employee I dealt with was dismissive and displayed a lot of attitude about how only about a third of what she looks at gets accepted (read: is cool enough in her brilliant estimation -- and she is, who? A local doyenne of Reno fashion? Give us all a break...) -- this before any of the clothing is surveyed. What, does she keep some kind of running internal inventory about only accepting a minor share of what any individual brings in, regardless of quality/condition/"hipness"? Prices given are really low - about a buck an item. The wait to get your stuff looked at is often really long, and as I am implying, the employees are snotty. You can do better bringing your stuff to another place or selling on eBay. We are all "way too cool" for this place.
