Stay away from this store. Stay away from this store. I have been an AT&T customer for 4 years. I went to this location to upgrade my phone and renew for another 2 years, as my current contract just ended. I was very excited to get a new phone, but my happy anticipation was quickly ruined by a horrendous experience. Training in customer service is seriously in order. I am now researching other carriers so I can switch.
