My drink was never empty. The sushi was good and a good price. I didn't feel like there was enough of a variety of rolls. There was too much sweet sauce on the rolls, I should have just asked for less. Overall, I would give it 3 1/2 stars.
Great local Restaurant.
I have eaten many times at this local restaurant and enjoyed it every time. The owner is very often present and friendly, the food is excellent and fairly priced. The wait staff are prompt and helpful.
The calamari appetizer is excellent!!
Well worth a visit.
Exorbitant price for no food and no service!.
I just paid $50 for one roll of sushi and an order of yellow tail at this place!
At first, I was very excited to see a restaurant offering sushi in the northwest neighborhoods. And the decor is very lovely. But that is where my interest ends. My daughter and I were seated at the sushi bar, which seemed to confuse the staff that we would want to sit there. The "chef" informed us he was busy setting up other orders and would take a few minutes, I was assuming a few meant maybe 5 tops. 20 minutes later he looked up. My daughter received 2 orders of sushi and I received one roll. We were never addressed by the "chef" again except once when he looked up again and said we needed to wait, he was busy when we asked if we could order more. The young waitress was prompt with the refills and to offer the check, for $50. Yes, I just paid $50 for 10 pieces of not great sushi. Even if we had received a proper "all you can eat" experience, this was far more expensive than better restaurants. I am appalled at the price and the ignorance of the staff and will certainly never eat here again.
