It took me 2 hours to get my order last night, when my pizza finally came it was cold, we wont do business with y,all again

Best pizza in Reno/Sparks. However, Reno doesn't have good pizza!. Comparing Pizza Guys to the 100 other pizza places I have tried I would rank it above average. However, Reno/Sparks does not have many good pizza places so I have to say above average nationwide makes Pizza Guys the best place for pizza in Reno/Sparks. Therefore, Pizza Guys gets 5 stars in Reno/Sparks and 4 stars nationwide. The toppings are what seperate Pizza Guys from all the other places. I usually get pepperoni, sausage, and canadian bacon. All of these toppings are delicious. The crust, cheese, and sauce are also very good.

GREAT PIZZAS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!. I tried the Pizza Guys out last week and they were beyond my expectations. I ordered a California garlic chicken pizza and a combination pizza. Both were very good looking pizzas and great tasting. I picked it up and also received a free 2-liter soda. Their customer service was excellent and the manager even stopped what he was doing to greet me and offered cheese and peppers which most other pizza places don't even offer unless you ask. I would order again, no doubt about it.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!. Ick! This was our first and our last time trying the Pizza Guys. First when we called about the coupon for a Large Pizza and salad for $19.99, I was surprised that it was only a personal side salad. Wouldn't it make more sense to have a personal deal? Most people would assume it was a larger salad that would go with a large pizza that is most likely for more than one person.

Next, when I arrived to pick up our food, the chicken strips were being kept warm, along with half a cup of cheap tub ranch. Half a cup for 10 strips? And have you ever had hot ranch dressing before? Again, ICK. I mentioned something about the cup being half full and he reluctantly gave me another half cup of ranch. (yes the second cup was also half full) He asked me if I would like more and gave me two more cups that were half full and wanted $0.50 for them. No thanks. If you're going to give people a teaspoonful of ranch and then charge for more, at least make it the good kind. And for Gods Sake, keep the ranch cold. (I'm pretty sure it's a health hazard too)

Next when I got the food home, the pizza was flavorless (cardboard with a couple of toppings??), the chicken was rubbery and flavorless. All the way around from the beginning to the end, a big disappointment. We'll stick to Big Apple Pizza (which is great!) and Wing Stop for our chicken both of which are just down the street and a lot better food. Even Little Ceasars has a better pizza.
