Avoid at all costs.
Really bad. Our waiter John had absolutely no interest in serving us, which is fine as we didn't really want to be in Reno anyway. We did however want to make the best of our business trip, so we made reservations at Harrah's Steak House. Positive points: the decor is nice, as were our host and hostess (kudos to the gentlemen who made my table side cesear salad). Negative points: the quality of my steak was questionable, overcooked and tough, my husband's steak was covered in what looked like chicken fried steak gravy, pretty disgusting. Did I mention they over charged us for our wine? I would not recommend this place to anyone. In comparison to cost versus quality I think we would have been better off eating at one of the many buffets. At least then I wouldn't have to see that $200 of wasted money on my Visa bill.

Melt-in-your-mouth Steak!.
Oh my gosh! I've been a connoisseur for a few years now and this is by far the best steak I've had in Reno. I went for LUNCH and for $15 I got the juiciest Medium steak I've ever had. The service was exceptional. Not annoying, but thorough. The lighting was low making it a great romatic outing if that's what you're looking for. I savored each morsel of this succulent, peppercorn glazed New York Steak and you will too:) P.S. I understand the dinner is at least twice as expensive just so you know.
