Dr. Halat was recommended by my primary care doctor to help me with heel pain. I called her in the morning and her staff scheduled me for that afternoon. She was very thorough and interested and gave me some stretches to do and recommended an over the counter shoe-insert (I asked about custom orthotics but she suggested I try a standard insert first to save me some $$). The heel pain is solved - I hope I don't have to see her again but it will be, I'm sure, a fine experience if I do.
Pros: Good waiting room mags. Nice staff and doc.
Cons: None... except who likes to go to the doctor?
