NIGHTMARE SALON! HAIR DESTROYED!. The first stylist I had for a full highlight to touch up my roots barely put any color in my hair leaving a big dark spot above my forehead and got one side somewhat touched up but left the other side very dark. I went back for a correction and another stylist painted bleach all over my head turning my hair albino white. They had the nerve to say I asked for that!!!! I spent 4 hours there trying to get them to correct my hair. It is a total nightmare, I have been to top stylists in several major US cities and these stylists would not listen to me or use current techniques to apply color in a professional and "up to currrent methods" manner. My hair is now totally ruined and they refused to give me a refund (because they put so much work into it!!!). Any well-trained and experienced stylist would have fixed my highlights in less than an hour with few extra foils. The owner blamed me for everything they did. Rude, inexperienced people. Abusive to me while I was in the chair and over the phone. My head is burning. DO NOT go here!

Destroyed my hair. Please do not enter this VERY NEW, INEXPERIENCED salon. Alena from Boston destroyed my hair. Apparently she can "read hair" but I don't think she had her glasses on when she was reading mine. What should have been a trim turned into almost 1 hour of cutting (shaving better said), then under the drying to see her final "work". I knew when she was done my hair was ruined. Fair warning

Only saving grace was the cut was $40. Staff somewhat rude as well.
