Awesome!. I wandered in at random for a "fix" haircut, and was helped right away. The price was right and I figured my hair couldn't get any worse than it was already so I decided, why not? I had my hair cut by Steven, he was professional and knew right away what I wanted, even though I was pretty vague. I felt relaxed and when I left I was extremely happy with the results. I will return!

Great Manicurist!. I decided to go ahead and give their new manicurist (Jenifer) a shot because the location is so convenient and I wasn't dissapointed! She does the BEST gel nails I have ever seen, she's fast and friendly! The nails are so durable and natural looking. If you want great looking nails and you live in the NW area and are looking for a convenient location you should give her a shot and trust me you wont regret it!

Although when I first walked into Hair It Is in North West Reno on Robb Drive. I was not impressed, the decor is horrible, and the whole salon just isn't inviting, Overall I am impressed with the employees and GREAT customer service, so dont judge the salon by it's looks. I'm glad I didn't!
