Fixes problems the first time around!.
Pull in and you see a bunch of brand new Mercedes and older classic models. Seems those with classics like his work and those with brand new Mercedes do not trust the dealer!. (I don't either!)
I have a 1998 Mercedes. I can not tell you the number of times I have taken it to Mercedes dealers (Ohio, Florida, California) and had to bring it back 2-3 times to get a problem fixed. That does not happen here.
I had an sudden clicking from the engine one day, I spun into the shop unexpectedly, got taken in and had my car fixed in two days. Seems a bearing in a pulley on the serpentine belt was going bad. Had I kept driving I could have ended up with thousands of dollars of damage. All I needed was a new $250 pulley.
Bring your car here and it gets fixed the first time around. You do not have the issue of first having to replace parts one at a time until finally the problem is fixed.
If you get told you need something done, do it. If you get told a problem can wait until your next oil change, believe it.
If you need a ride home, that can be arranged too. You may have to ride in a G-wagon to do it!
The only negative was recently resolved, they took over the auto shop next door so there are now 8 bays for work instead of just four.
Very compitent skilled mechanic on BMW and Mercedes. Good value for your money..
Owner is friendly and takes time to explain needed service, what he did and doesn't try to sell service thats not immediately needed.
