Going Down Hill. For the last several months this LBS has been going down hill. Product selection is good but service (customer and mechanic) has become very poor. They have had problems keeping good mechanics and many they do employ are very young and inexperienced. Shop has problems following through on promises. Owner needs to hire reliable help and stop promising things he won't deliver. Shop around!

Best Bike Shop in Reno!!. I must say this is the Best Bike Shop in town. I've been to a few of the other shops and I'm not an

experienced bike rider. I came into High Sierra Cycling and wanted to learn to ride for my New Year's

Resolution. These guys are so nice and made me feel welcome in their shop. They lead rides for

beginners and really want to help me acheive my goal. I don't feel stupid asking any question about

bike riding. So if you are looking for a good Mom & Pop Bike Shop to go to-I'd highly recommend these

folks at High Sierra Cycling & Fitness. Eric & Mike were so helpful! Thankyou! Brenda
