Wonderful Veterinarian. Our family loves Dr. Schmitt! He is a wonderful veterinarian who has always been very compassionate both to our pets and family. The entire staff at South Reno Veterinary Hospital has gone out of their way to ensure that our pets have received the best treatment possible. Dr. Schmitt is current on the latest procedures and methods. He is also available after hours and on weekends for any questions that we might have. Whenever our pets have needed additional attention, not only do we receive the attention they need, but we have received follow calls as well! I feel very comfortable with Dr. Schmitt and wouldn't trust my cat or dog with anyone else!

Incompetent and Outrageous Prices. My dog needed a minor procedure but the cost was insane and of course the vet insisted he needed several other things. I was taken for a lot of money before realizing that these people are dishonest, uncaring, and money hungry. They take advantage of anyone who loves their pet, and will empty your wallet and stomp on your trust.

One of the nicest vets I know!. Just an overall friendly and convenient veterinary hospital. My dogs love going to see Dr. Schmidt. The staff are always friendly and pleasant and his fees are moderate.
