I agree with the other reviews. The service leaves little to be desired. Not only are the receptionists rude, but they don't allow children in the office at all (not even in the waiting room). I had to find a babysitter for my 1 and 3 year old while I went in to the office for some genetic testing. The receptionist acted like I was imposing when I asked for a different appt date, as I needed to find a babysitter or schedule the appt for a day when my husband is off. Then after the appt, they sent me someone else paperwork with all of the other persons personal and medical results and info on it... When I called to tell them that they sent me someone elses paperwork (which meant that someone else got mine), they acted as if it weren't a big deal. I personally don't want someone else having my medical or personal info... The doctors are really good at what they do, especially Dr. Slotnik, but if you can find another office in the area; I would definately go somewhere else...

Rude staff - but no other real options in town.. The staff at this location are as rude as any I've ever encountered. When booking an appointment for an exam. I requested to book an appointment one business day later then she suggested - and she started lecturing me on how I needed to take this seriously and make it a priority. Get off your high horse, don't act like it's time to call CPS because I couldn't make the appointment time you wanted- Absolutely absurd.

Best Doctors in Town. In response to the previous review:

When choosing a doctor what are you more concerned with the waiting room or the knowledge and expertise of the doctor?

The waiting room might be a little confined and the banter from the ladies might be a little hard to ignore but when it comes to needing an experienced, knowledgeable team of doctors, Slotnick and Oki are the best. These doctors mainly see patients once or twice during a pregnancy but if they are needed more than this, rest assured they know what they are doing. They were with us through a couple of the roughest patches in our lives and were able to give the information and skill needed to make the best decisions and outcome possible.

They have a great staff and are the two best doctors in town. The office just takes a little to get used to.

WORST PERINATAL IN RENO. I just had my Check-up here, I've had 2 check-up So far and all my check-up experience wasn't good at all, The staff are all stuck-up and bitchy and IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! while you're waiting for your turn you can actually hear the staff by the window gossiping and making fun of their customer, then when it's your turn, the doctor preaches you! Oh well, aren't they supposed to make you feel comfortable especially with whatever your situation is? I felt like I was a kindergarten during my Check-up and humiliated!!!....DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE and FIND another PERINATAL IN TOWN..IT IS HORRIBLE!
