Worst Experience Ever! BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!! They will rob you blind!. In the begining everything seemed great. Vic convinced me to spend the extra money to get the best assuring me the quality would be a lot better. Everything seemed great, I gave Vic the deposit he asked for and was told once the materials arrived I would be contacted to set an install date in about 5-7 days.

After that I waited 2 weeks. Never heard one word! I called and was told that the demand was high for what I had ordered and the factory back ordered it. Vic told me it should only be another 7-10 days. I was ok with that and asked him if there were going to be any more delays to please call. He assured me he would.

Well again I waited 2 more weeks, now going on a month, I had heard nothing! I finally called again and this time when I asked for vic and gave my name I was told he was with a customer and would call me back. I waited 3 hours and didn't hear anything, so I called again. This time I was told he had left for the day. When I asked to find out about my order the guy I talked to looked it up and told me the order was canceled. He couldn't tell why or who canceled it he just said it was canceled. I asked him about my deposit and he told me there was no deposit for the order. I told him I had a canceled check and I was sure there was a deposit. He told me I would have to call back to talk to vic.

The next day I went to talk to vic. He told me I had called and canceled the order. I told him I never did that. I asked if the materials showed up. He told me yes they showed about a week ago, and that becuase I had canceled the order they were liquidated. I asked for my deposit back and he told me there were no deposit refunds for special orders. I told him I either wanted my money or I wanted the job done. He told me that the order was canceled by me and that the only thing he could do is re-order and give me the materials and the install at cost. That was going to be an extra $1200. I left and I am taking him to court! He stole $2000! BUYERS BEWARE!!
