Best Music Store in the US. Best shop in the nation > I have bought all my guitar stuff there over the last 30 years! I just went in and bought a new Fender relic strat from these guys. I saved a whopping $1,000 from the best price i could find anywhere. I tried it out though half a dozen amps and was talked to guys that ll play in bands. they knew the answer to every question I had and i walked out with the best deal, knowledge about the instrument and I will never shop anywhere else. They have been in business for almost 40 years. These guys knew their stuff about the product. 5 stars here!!!!!! My entire band shops there and would not go anywhere else, ever. Best store in the world!!!!!!!

So Bizzare guitar is putting up fake reviews to try and get a better rating. Check yelp for real reviews on this terrible establishment.

So I had left a comment on their facebook page about how I had gone in and the service has always been terrible. I've been ignored for 10-15 minutes while holding my purchase in my hand at the counter. The younger guy who works in the strings has always been polite though. Anyways so I put that my experience had been less than optimal. I immediately got a message from greg golden asking me if I had a beef and leaving other comments in my feed about needing to contact him. They all felt vaguely threatening. I guess me expressing my opinion over MY experience at his store was a reason for beef. I feel that was a little kid tactic and this company is not ran by a fully functioning adult. I've spent roughly 3k here in the last two years every time I've ever shopped here I've swore to never come back. And after his lame attempt to bully me over facebook I promise this will be the last time I ever even think about this place except to tell people that it is a terrible shop.

Final verdict: This place is rude. The customer service is Non-Existent. The owner doesn't care about what his shop does, he only cares if you tell someone. Drive to sac or browse ebay for your next purchase.

Reno's Best Guitar Store. I recently visited Bizarre Guitar to look for a new Telecaster and I was treated very well by there knowledgeable staff. Not only did they narrow down the perfect Tele for me but they also helped me set the guitar up to a perfect playing condition after pulling it out of the box!

I will definitely come back here to purchase my next guitar and also grab any kind of accessory I might ever need. (They have a multitude of boutique guitar parts).

This Mom & Pop shop is located off of Oddie Blvd and I recommend this store to any musician that's looking for quality musical instruments and service.

Bizarre Guitar has the BEST prices!!!!. I walked into Bizarre Guitar and was greeted by a smart and friendly staff the moment I walked into the store. They not only knew the products front to back but they are all great musicians in their own right. The PRICES beat Guitar Center by far. You can get the best guitars at the best prices at BIZARRE GUITAR!!!!! They also have a very smart and friendly staff in their Drum Department.
